There’s no doubt you’ve noticed it. You’ve noticed it in yourself, probably family, and perhaps even friends if you’ve been lucky enough to interact with them this past year.

What is it? Stress, and anxiety. This worldwide pandemic is bringing it out in all of us. And unfortunately, not everyone wants to talk about it, seek help or search for solutions on their own.

It is my hope that this short but hopefully informative article can help you or maybe someone you know cope or overcome the stress we are all dealing with.

Between 2020 & where we now stand in 2021 to say that it has been rough, is an understatement! (Thanks Captain Obvious.)

Do you feel like you are a kind person? It certainly has been tough to be kind lately. But most people would likely answer yes to this question. But these same people can probably look back at previous times, Pre pandemic to now, and specifically point out things that they would handle differently. I am sure we can all look back and remember times when we should have been thinking about the needs of others more.
